• Payment & Confirmation: Sponsorship is officially secured only upon receipt of full payment.
• Deadlines: All balances must be settled at least 60 days prior to the event date.
• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of total event cancellation.
• Collateral & Branding: Sponsors are responsible for submitting logos and promotional materials by the specified deadlines to ensure inclusion in marketing.
• On-Site Logistics: Sponsors are responsible for their own booth setup, staffing, and the removal of all materials immediately following the event.
• Conduct & Compliance: Professional conduct is required at all times. International Fest Canada Tour reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with event standards.
• Liability: International Fest Canada Tour is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property.
• Program Adjustments: Organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, floor plan, or programming as necessary.
