1. Booth & Site Maintenance — Keep your booth clean, remove all goods and waste after the event, and leave your space in its original condition. Uncleaned booths incur a $50 charge.
2. Health, Safety & Compliance — Comply with all municipal, provincial, and federal regulations. Booths may be inspected by Fire, Public Health, ESA, and other bodies.
3. Liability — The Planning Committee (Tri-City Bazaar, MIR Heritage, Crescent Events Co.) is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from your participation.
4. Photography & Media Release — You grant permission to photograph and film your booth for festival promotion, social media, and print materials, without additional compensation.
5. Vendor Selection — Application submission does not guarantee acceptance. The Planning Committee may refuse or cancel applications at its sole discretion.
6. Privacy — Information is collected by Fondation Mir Héritage and shared with co-producers for festival administration only.
